There are two types of caravans. The one pictured on top and below is a "Dunton of Reading" Romany Gypsy Ledge Vardo, my favorite!

The other is a Bow Top caravan!! Maybe you have room for your own caravan...I found this seller on ebay who sells complete building plans for both models, including painting, color, details, and carving!

I love your blog and that letter opener, lucky. Do you mind if I put you on my favorites list?
Thank you for the comment love! I often wonder who's out there reading. And yes, please do put me on your favorites list...that would be lovely!

I'm freaked out by how seemingly close our interests are. I was brought to your page after doing an image search on Mandrake roots. I'm considering getting the 1st stanza of John Donne's "Go and Catch a Falling Star" tattooed... a 17th century song that might interest you.
But when I came your page, for a split second I wondered if this was another blog I had created then forgot the password to and abandoned, because I LOVE gypsy caravans, and truly want one someday also!!
I also like bird skulls, etc.
Truly bizarre connections. Good to know there's a kindred soul out there!
